Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping via Royal Mail. Rates are as follows:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour - Free
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - £3.55

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at products@spinalhealthclinics.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to investigate.
