Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt) and only items purchased from this website will be refunded via this method.

To initiate a self serve return, please log into your account and request a return for the relevant items. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Returns should be sent to

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, then contact us at products@spinalhealthclinics.co.uk if you still need assistance.

The simplest way to exchange items is to request a refund and purchase the required item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
